I always say that a woman's lip color can make or break an outfit. When dressing up an outfit, choosing the right lip shade is essential. Thinking a pair of boyfriend jeans and a white button up? A red lip is the way to go. An ultra-feminine summer dress? Try a pink pout! A navy blouse and white trousers? Add some pizzazz with this summer's "it" color, coral. And lastly, always make sure that the lip shade you wear compliments your skin's pigment. Experiment with different shades, and have some fun! And remember, don't be afraid of a little color :)

ReplyDeleteI have been super obsessed with Maybelline's Coral Crush lipstick lately (not sure which line, but it's a square tube). I seriously wear it every day! But I definitely want to check out Nars heat wave now too!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to move out of my comfort zone by adding a little more mattes into my routine as opposed to my usual sheer gloss. Definitely takes some getting used to but thanks for sharing some great suggestions!
ReplyDeleteI don't wear lip stick. I keep it simple with a shimmy lip gloss. But I totally wish I could pull off hot pink. I think it's so sassy and can really jazz up an outfit.
