What are you thankful for?

Cannot believe it's that time of year again, but I am so looking forward to my mom's amazing cooking, consisting of turkey, juicy stuffing, mouth-watering sweet potatoes with marshmallows, scallop potatoes, and pumpkin pie.

I have a really small family, and unfortunately my aunt who I am super close with lives in Palm Springs. Wish I could be with her this Thanksgiving. But, it's just going to be my mom, bro-ski, and me.

Our Thanksgiving usually consists of lots of laziness, the Thanksgiving day parade, cooking, and a jump start to Christmas movies. Can't wait!
How are you spending this Thanksgiving? With family? Friends? Going the restaurant route? (we did that one year, it was fun!)
Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and take this day to remember the amazing blessings we are all given.
And tomorrow, Brynn will be finishing off our 5 Things I'm Thankful For series...

God Bless!

  1. This sounds like such a wonderful thanksgiving! And I love that you get a jump start on Christmas movies! We have thanksgiving at my grandmothers house and the first thing we do after dinner is decorate her house for Christmas!

  2. Lauren I love all those pics! Too cute! Looks like you are surrounded by great family and friends. I am back in my hometown this weekend (OKC) to visit my parents. We do Thanksgiving every year at their house. It's chaotic but always fun and special!

  3. Happy Thanksgiving Lauren! Hope you have a wonderful weekend with your family ;)

  4. Happy Thanksgiving Lauren!! Hope you had a lovely time with your fam eating, relaxing and watching movies ;)
