5 Things I'm Thankful For: Featuring Chartreuse & A Twist

Today, we have the lovely Brynn from Chartreuse & A Twist. Love Brynn's blog and her oh so bubbly personality :) To wrap up this Thanksgiving series, here is Brynn....

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Hello, L.A. in the bay friends :).  I am Brynn from chartreuse & a twist and I am so thrilled that Lauren invited me over today to guest post! Today, I am sharing 5 things that I am thankful for this year…

1. First and foremost, I am always thankful for my friends and family, my fiancé – the love of my life! – and our 2 beautiful kitties…I feel incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by the best of friends and family.  They give me all of the love and support a girl could ever ask for. Living 1200 miles from my family and bestie makes it challenging to see them as often as i would like…so it just makes those times that i do get to see them all the more special :) and since I don’t have my family here in Seattle, my friends here are my family and that means a ton! I don’t even know where to start with my fiancé…let’s just say that he is simply the best…period. I am more thankful for him than he will ever truly know…and our pretty kitties – those two girls are like our children.

2. I am truly incredibly thankful for all of my bloggy friends…I would never be able to say enough how much I love this blogging world. I have had the opportunity to meet so many phenomenal women who never cease to inspire me in so many different ways…writing my blog has opened my eyes to things I would otherwise never have been aware of…thank you all for your passion and inspiration :)

3. This one might sound a little silly…but I am completely thankful for pinterest! What an incredible tool, right?! Seriously…before pinterest, it was nearly impossible to stay truly organized in the storing of online images {number 1} and it took a lot more leg work to find so many amazing images {number 2} … pinterest has made my life {and I am sure all of your lives, too} so much more inspired and organized… 2 key pieces of successfully blogging! Thank you to the creators of the amazing site…pure brilliance!!! {all images via my fabulous photographs pinboard}

4. I am a lover of all things fall and so, this year, I am extremely appreciate and thankful that the weather here in Seattle has been just so perfect…I really could not ask for a more perfect fall! There has been a ton of gorgeous sunny, chilly days that make perfect for long walks and lots of snuggling! {rainy days have been few and far between} I grew up in Southern California, so fall was nearly non-existent. I was so thrilled to experience autumn up here…the falls in Seattle are ridiculously amazing... the colors of the trees are out of this world!!! So, for all of this I am super thankful :)

5. Traveling is a pretty huge thing for me, so I am thankful for a year that has been filled with lots of it…from a San Diego to Seattle road trip to beach house getaways to Portland getaways to New York {and my fiancé to new zealand} …and now one last getaway for my birthday!!! this is such an important part of my life and I feel so fortunate that I have been able to see so much and experience so much in these {almost} 30 years of my life! I am also feeling especially thankful for traveling right now because after the upcoming birthday getaway, travels will come to a bit of a halt...less than 9 months away from our wedding means it is time for my fiancé and I to buckle down and get everything in order for that :)

I am also soooo thankful for Lauren inviting me over to her fabulous blog today to let me share my 5 thankfuls  Thanks, lady!!! Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!!! xoxoxo Brynn

------------------------------------------------------------------

Those are a lot of amazing things to be thankful for Brynn & Pinterest is literally the best invention ever. Couldn't agree more!

Hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving, and continues to remember the blessings we are each given, big and small.
xoxo
